About Christopher Dayss

Growing up in Jackson, MI, I was practically raised in my grandmother’s restaurant. Before I could even walk, I was part of the action—my mom had me in a backpack while she flipped pancakes and eggs on busy weekend mornings. That restaurant wasn’t just a business; it was a masterclass in hard work, dedication, and the power of genuine hospitality. My grandmother taught me how to “work a room,” build relationships, and lead a high-performing team, all while ensuring that every guest felt valued.I’ve carried those lessons throughout my career, whether managing student housing communities, large-scale property portfolios, or dynamic teams. At the core of everything I do is a simple but powerful philosophy: create welcoming spaces where people feel at home.Today, I specialize in building strong, connected communities for students—transforming housing near campuses into more than just a place to live, but a true home away from home. Through strategic leadership, resident engagement, and operational excellence, I ensure students feel supported, valued, and part of something bigger.Let’s connect—I’d love to chat about creating meaningful communities, property management strategies, and fostering leadership-driven success!Strengths: Significance, Adaptability, Woo, Positivity & Relator
