About Christopher Fuller

In May 2016, I completed my Bachelor's of Science (Special Education) and Master's of Education (Curriculum and Instruction at The Pennsylvania State University. I am currently taking courses at George Mason University to receive a Certificate in Autism Spectrum Disorders and to earn my Virginia Licensure in Special Education: Adapted Curriculum and General Curriculum. I currently work in Fairfax County Public Schools as a middle school multiple disabilities teacher. This has involved: developing lesson plan, directing instruction, managing individualized education and behavior plans, communicating with parents and other school staff (teachers, related services, supervisors, etc.). Outside of teaching, my passion in life is music. I am very involved within the music community in State College. From playing in the pit for theatre productions to performing with various bands around State College, I am avid with making and supporting music. This blends into my work with the SCASD through assisting their high school's marching band as well as assisting with curriculum and instruction with guitar class. This allowed me to provide support through my content-area expertise and background knowledge.
