About Christopher Graeb

Before college, I was working in the food service industry for about 10 years. I've been an assistant manager at a Subway to a supervisor at a local fast food chain called Salisbury House. I've been a server at an upscale restaurant and served and worked in the food service department at the college. I've been involved in customer service in some way or another most of my life. During college, I've learned many useful skills like communication and accounting software as well as knowledge of business, the origins in which it came and how it works in the world. I've been the editor for my entrepreneurship project which requires a lot of attention to detail and organizational skills. I've also learned about different cultures at the college in the mentor ship program. It has come in handy during some projects requiring team work. I've learned how to handle stress of deadlines and preparing myself for them. In my second year at college, I did an entrepreneurship project called Smooth Move. It was a mobile smoothie truck. I was the editor/leader in the project leading 12 people. I took management and courses of similar aspects. After college, I worked in automotive sales and really enjoyed the learning curve and did quite well but didn't do well enough. I really enjoyed the people and the teamwork but couldn't play the mind games well enough. I think I needed some more education in that area but didn't have enough time. I'm now working at Westland Insurance! It's been the most wonderful and rewarding experience of my life so far. Every day I work there a great day as I know I am helping people and I know that I'm becoming a better person. Growing within the company is wonderful as well! The people who work there are fantastic! I have nothing but good things to say about this company.
