Growing up I spent a lot of time gaming, breaking computers, fixing them, and eventually building them. I'm very comfortable with, around, and learning on computers. I love the gaming industry and the global online community in general. It's amazing connecting with different people from different cultures around the world, something that didn't exist such a short time ago. In doing so I have also spent time traveling and meeting some of these people in person. As a result, I love working with people, and communication comes really natural to me. There's nothing better than seeing someone happy when an issue is resolved, or helping another reach their potential. To me, the hardest thing in customer service isn't solving a problem, it's having to tell someone that you are unable to resolve an issue, for whatever the reason may be.
