A highly experienced individual with over 20 years in the laser Printer/MFP industry having dealt with most aspects of the business including teaching the diagnostics and repair of MFP/Printers, supporting (Help Desk), technical writing, sales solution support and EFI Fiery presentation with color matching. Technical competence allows me to quickly learn simple or complex concepts, as well as confidently set-up, operate, diagnose, repair and maintain equipment. Through good questioning and gathering of pertinent data, my analytical skills assist with making the best decision based on all available information, thus providing a superior customer experience. As an excellent communicator; familiar with most common business applications and software, I can gather, organize and present technical information and concepts to either small targeted audiences, or larger groups, with information that is understandable, applicable and pertinent to the intended audience. My hardware experience covers products with certifications from Lexmark, HP, Kyocera, Xerox, and Lenovo.
