With over 15 years of experience in multiple industries, functions, and countries, I am a Service Executive at ADP, where I drive process excellence, analysis, operational initiatives, and technology innovation to improve service delivery and quality. I hold a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and a Certified Scrum Product Owner credential, which enable me to apply agile and data-driven methodologies to solve complex problems and deliver value to clients and stakeholders. In my previous role as a Director of Strategic Operations at ADP, I redesigned the Tax Support structure to streamline communication and increase client satisfaction, created a self-funding career progression initiative that saved the organization $1M in hiring costs, and coached associates on Lean Six Sigma principles and practices.
