As President of Leadership Alive®, Inc, I bring over 25 years of real-world experience in entrepreneurship, organizational leadership, and business education. I’ve had the privilege of speaking to audiences across the U.S. and globally—delivering over 100 keynotes, facilitating workshops, and supporting clients in building healthier cultures, stronger teams, and high-impact leadership pipelines. I hold a PhD in Adult & Organizational Learning with a concentration in Leadership and previously served as a business school dean and award-winning MBA instructor. I’ve also authored 13 books on leadership, innovation, and team development—and was honored to receive the CEO Today USA Award for Leadership Coach & Motivational Speaker of the Year.
