About Christy Cooley

I’m an executive strategy leader with over two decades of experience driving growth and innovation across the energy and infrastructure sectors. I specialize in connecting the dots between market opportunity, energy availability, and strategic execution — helping organizations scale intelligently in fast-evolving industries like data centers, utilities, and large-scale infrastructure. Today, I lead strategy for a data center developer and general contractor that’s redefining how high-performance facilities are built — ensuring that growth is guided by sound energy strategy, strategic partnerships, and operational excellence. My focus is on aligning where and how we build with where the power, talent, and customers are — bridging the gap between infrastructure expansion and energy reality. Earlier in my career, I led enterprise strategy and finance at one of the nation’s largest energy holding companies, managing teams across utilities and gas distribution, and shaping strategies for fleet transition, resource planning, and customer growth. That foundation gives me a deep understanding of how regulation, capital, and technology intersect to influence project success. At the core, I’m focused on turning strategic opportunities into tangible results — aligning markets, partnerships, and capital to deliver growth in an increasingly competitive data center landscape.
