I am a strategic and collaborative education leader with over 22 years of experience across K–12 systems, serving as a teacher, instructional coach, and school and district administrator. My passion lies in driving meaningful, sustainable improvement through collaborative partnerships and systems-thinking. I’ve led high-performing teams, partnered with national and international organizations, influenced policy, and supported schools in aligning vision with action to enhance teaching and learning. I bring expertise in instructional design, professional learning, and human capital strategy, with a commitment to equity and student success. My leadership is grounded in responsiveness—to community needs, to the evolving demands of education, and to the belief that empowered educators and engaged learners are at the heart of lasting change. Currently, my work focuses on redesigning K–12 programs to support mastery-based learning, build student-centered environments, and prepare students for post-secondary success. Driven by curiosity, collaboration, and purpose, I lead with questions, advise with empathy, and act with strategy.
