Franchising gave me a simple, yet direct path to go from Manager to Business Owner. Over the past decade, I’ve used franchising as a quick start guide to business and portfolio growth. By investing in a business, striking key deals, and then exiting with a healthy profit, I’ve been able to build my net worth faster than I would’ve ever been able to as an employee. As an example, back in 2019, I invested into Healthy Vending Ventures and then managed to strike up a deal with the School Districts in Larimer County and grew the business by 700% in under a year. I then leveraged this sharp, upward trend in growth forecasting to convince an investor to buy the business from me, with very profitable compensation. Before that, I ran a property management company in 2017 for one of the largest PM brands in the US. Together with the Fort Collins team, we doubled our asset units in under two years. These are a few examples of the potential business opportunities that revolve around franchising. And you wouldn’t know about them unless you’re both a franchise owner and consultant like I’ve been able to become after years in the industry.
