Background

About Chrysti Nielsen

I’m a program leader and educator with a strong track record of designing, managing, and evaluating large-scale initiatives that connect people to opportunity. My expertise spans program management, workforce training, curriculum design, and data analysis, and I thrive at the intersection of strategy and implementation. Systems Builder: Managed an adult diploma consortium of 400+ learners across 11 sites and 29 districts, building processes that improved communication, student persistence, and program outcomes. Data Detective: Analyzed GED performance trends to design outreach strategies that reconnected learners and raised completion rates. Trainer & Facilitator: Designed and delivered professional development sessions at local and state conferences, equipping educators and workforce partners with practical tools. Community Connector: Built partnerships with state agencies, nonprofits, and workforce organizations to expand access and improve impact. What sets me apart? I combine big-picture vision with hands-on execution—whether it’s building a statewide program, designing engaging training, or digging into data to uncover solutions. I’m now seeking opportunities beyond the classroom as a: Learning & Development Specialist | Program Evaluator | Program Manager | Community Engagement / Workforce Development Professional. If your organization is looking for someone who can translate strategy into action, deliver impactful training, and use data to tell powerful stories—I’d love to connect.
