About Cindy Gardner

Passionate about developing human potential, building courage, and raising consciousness, I've guided (and continue to guide) thousands of people on a transformational journey to discover their infinite, unlimited potential through my work as Lead Trainer at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). Having been personally trained by Brené Brown, I'm also a Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitator, as well as a Certified Happiness Facilitator through the Happiness Studies Academy. In my private coaching practice, I work with leaders from all walks of life on recognizing and developing their potential, while also helping them to build their skills around the kind of traits that go largely undeveloped within organizations – the ones that are uniquely and deeply human and develop the heart every bit as much as the mind. I also help to guide them on a profound journey of self-discovery to unleash their voices (powerfully, purposefully, and courageously), and to experience full self-expression in all areas of their lives. I coach, train, and speak extensively on leadership, mindfulness, courage-building, vulnerability, shame & empathy, self-compassion, resiliency, and the power of choice. When it comes to developing my own heart, you can find me practicing yoga, playing piano, enjoying all things pop culture, laughing with family and friends, and/or delighting in an occasional skinny vanilla latte at Starbucks.
