About Claire Bennett

I am currently the Interim CEO at Reframe Coaching, a specialist organisation supporting individuals and families affected by gambling harms. My vision for Reframe is to continue building a service that empowers individuals to reclaim their lives and wellbeing. Reframe Coaching’s mission is to support individuals who have been affected by gambling, offering accessible, person-centred recovery support that makes a real difference. Alongside this role, I am the Owner of Claire Bennett Coaching, where I provide personalised coaching services focused on wellbeing, recovery, and positive change. With a Master’s degree in Positive Psychology and accreditation as a Recovery Coach Professional (RCP), I combine evidence-based approaches with compassionate, person-centred support. My coaching philosophy is rooted in helping individuals move beyond challenges, reconnect with their strengths, and create sustainable, fulfilling lives. I am passionate about empowering others—whether that's supporting people in recovery, developing services that create real impact, or working collaboratively with communities and organisations to break down barriers and promote lasting wellbeing. If you’d like to connect, collaborate, or learn more about my work, feel free to reach out.
