I'm going to share a part of my life where I have lost but learned an awful lot. In what now feels like a previous life I was a Finance Director and Executive Director. On the outside, it looked like I had everything I needed but on the inside, I had been struggling with my mental well-being for a number of years. I self-medicated with Gambling and despite never being in trouble before I ended up turning to crime to feed my addiction. During this period I saw Gambling as a Solution to a much deeper problem. I've spent some time in prison because of my actions and have seen first hand the impact addiction can have on individuals, families, friends, and workplaces. I am a qualified Coach, Mentor, Samaritan and alongside my experience, I want to use it to support individuals, families, and businesses.
