About Claire Markovsky

I’m an empathetic, strategic leader who thrives at the intersection of people, process, and purpose. With 15+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams across marketing, client success, and operations, I bring clarity and connection to complex organizations — helping leaders and teams move from vision to execution. My background spans both agency and client-side leadership, guiding multimillion-dollar accounts, scaling customer success operations, and driving organizational growth across healthcare, technology, and purpose-driven brands. I believe great work starts with genuine partnership, clarity, empathy — and a little fun along the way. My approach brings structure where it’s needed, calm where there’s chaos, and connection where it’s missing so people can do the best work of their careers. When teams feel supported and inspired, the results take care of themselves.
