About Claire Siensa

I am a New Account Coordinator at Cintas in Justice, IL. With this position, I am a part of the creation process of new accounts, specializing in Public Sector and Higher Education. I work hand-in-hand with sales representatives, sales managers, account managers and our master data team to ensure new business is set up for success for both the customer and Cintas, and audit compliant. Previously, I was a Management Assistant with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Orland Park, IL. With Enterprise, I balanced customer service skills, along with managing a branch. In the management assistant role, my responsibilities included exceeding the customer's experience, managing up to 250 active contracts for balances and billing, and creating a streamlined and above and beyond experience for the customer. Using my previous management experience, I strengthened skills and experienced new ways of managing various groups of employees. In past years, I balanced the heavy workload of a full-time student and working full-time as the Merchandise Service Coordinator at Ulta Beauty. The management role came with a large responsibility of maintaining the logistics, controls, and backlog of inventory. Through process improvements, the shipment process became more efficient and economical for Ulta. Through that real world opportunity, I have gained valuable experience that will help me grow as a young business professional.
