With over eight years of work experience in customer success, I am passionate about helping organisations create and sustain a positive and productive work culture. I have a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management, and a domain expertise in employee wellbeing solutions. As a Senior Customer Success Manager at TELUS Health, I work with global enterprise clients to define and achieve their success goals, and to support their employees' mental, physical, financial, and social wellbeing. In my current role, I leverage my skills in customer relationship management, learning, and employee training to provide proactive and intuitive wellness solutions to my clients. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team at TELUS Health, and contributing to their mission of empowering healthier lives through technology.
