About Clare Bryant

Confident and passionate about my role, I have over 30 years’ experience working in customer facing roles-21 of those in Housing. I am enthusiastic with a positive attitude and a ‘can do’ approach to tasks and problem solving. I am not afraid to change either processes or my own approach if a better option is presented to me and I will always give credit to others for their ideas or successes.I am a natural leader and have the ability to motivate and inspire others to give their best and fulfil their potential. I am driven by a passion to develop team members and encourage personal development and self improvement. My team have worked hard to reduce our arrears and support residents during the pandemic and current cost of living crisis and they exceeded their arrears target by at 21/22 year end.In May 2022 I was asked to help on a project to lead a failing team in our service alongside my own. Due to my support, coaching, knowledge sharing and their hard work and willingness, they have reduced their arrears by and 4/6 team members have reached and exceeded their targets and are continuing to reduce the arrears. As a Team Leader in Income Management, I am also helping to shape and improve the service whilst promoting closer departmental working to ensure a better outcome for the organisation and most importantly our residents.
