About Clark Riley

Clark is a Professional Engineer and senior engineering and construction professional, with more than 28 years of Canadian construction experience, spanning rail transportation, airports, highway infrastructure, social infrastructure, and retail sectors. During the past ten years Clark has held key leadership and client representative positions on Ottawa’s Trillium LRT project, Toronto’s $9.1B Eglinton Crosstown Light Rail Transit (ECLRT) project and the Fort McMurray Airport Second Expansion project in Alberta. His transit experience includes working for the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) as a construction engineer and as a construction project manager directing multiple TTC works improvement projects. Clark has exceptional direct experience working on both new build major transit investments and with brownfield improvements to a live operational transit system. As a former construction management company owner who successfully delivered more than $350M of new infrastructure across multiple projects, Clark has an owners mindset focused on delivering the needs and interests of his clients and driven to achieve project delivery results from his workforce. He places emphasis on good communication and accountability across his projects to ensure all parties are aligned and positive habit-forming actions are adopted.
