About Claudia Atkinson

I have over five years of experience in customer support, IT project management, and HR operations, with a track record of optimizing and maintaining the FreshService integration for HR administrators at Shopify, one of the world's leading e-commerce platforms. My mission is to create scalable and user-friendly solutions that improve the quality and speed of HR support and data reporting, using my expertise in Workday Reporting and customer success skills. As a former talent technology specialist at Shopify, I acted as a strategic leader in the operations space and implemented a scalable support structure to support multiple teams in the Talent organization. I continually evaluated and identified improvement areas and created automatic workflows to reduce manual tasks for the support team. I also developed and maintained the HR knowledge management system that was easy to use and scalable for the long term. Additionally, I coached and trained the HR administrators on how to use the FreshService integration and the HR knowledge management system effectively. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I am fluent in English and German, and have worked in various industries and roles, from consulting to developmental service.
