About Claudia McKibbin

With 20 years of experience in various roles that involved liaising, communicating, and partnering with diverse stakeholders, I am a strategic business partner at Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust. My mission is to ensure the Trust is sustainable, value for money, and adopts business excellence practices for the sole reason of ensuring patients receive the best possible care. I have a strong background in change management, process improvement, and problem solving, with certifications in PRINCE2 and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. I have successfully led and mediated on difficult conversations to implement continuous improvement mindsets, dealing with existing gaps and empowering stakeholders to sustainably fix today's problems whilst aligning with the strategic vision of tomorrow. I am also passionate about diversity and inclusion, and have contributed to the development of inclusive and diverse policies in my previous roles. I am very resilient, proactive, practical, and work well under pressure, with ethics, integrity, and quality as my guiding principles.
