About Claudia Menini
I've been working at Aptuit (Verona) since March 2015. I started working within the Analytical Development and Quality Control laboratory. I mostly performed HPLC analyses on experimental drug substances and drug products, and also dissolution test on drug products. I carried out HPLC analytical methods development and validation. Now I am leading one of the stability teams, which performs the same kind of analyses, with the aim of studying the behaviour of drug products and APIs under stressed condition, with the final purpose of assign the shelf life and the storage conditions of the product. I graduated in chemistry in July 2014. My thesis work was focused on physico-chemical characterization of tertiary aliphatic amines, which are used in electroluminescence reactions and in DNA labelling. The characterizations were led by gas chromatography and mass spectrometry. Moreover, in these months I expanded my knowledge on liquid chromatography (HPLC) and UV-VIS spectroscopy. I'm a precise and methodical person, and I can organize and do both individual and team work.
