My expertise includes leading strategic planning, design, budget and resource allocation, management, monitoring and evaluation, and public relations efforts for high-profile, complex, multimillion dollar USG initiatives at the bilateral and regional level in complex and fluid environments. Demonstrated diplomatic acumen and deep international development expertise while representing the USG to senior host-country governments, foreign embassies, international organizations, non-governmental organizations and private sector counterparts. Proven track record of building strong interagency relationships serving as part of multidisciplinary country teams in U.S. Embassies in Asia, Eastern Europe & Eurasia and Latin America; working particularly closely with USAID, Department of State, Department of Defense, Department of Justice, MCC, and Peace Corps.
