With over 25 years of extensive experience, I have led and worked with teams across various industries, including recycling plants, GMP factories, meat factories, concrete and quarry industries, animal feed plants, grain plants, and most recently, heavy maintenance within the railway network. My expertise lies in the installation of new and refurbished equipment and project management where I am adept at overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget demonstrating my adaptability and technical proficiency. I thrive on collaborating with different departments, which has enabled me to build strong working relationships with Environmental Health and Safety, Quality Assurance, Heavy Maintenance Teams, Research & Development, and Fleet Technical Support. My role in the first ever Future Track Programme with Irish Rail is a testament to my commitment to innovation and excellence. I am environmentally aware and believe in sustainability, consistently seeking ways to integrate eco-friendly practices into the workplace. As a resilient, reliable, and effective communicator, I place a significant emphasis on teamwork, ensuring that collective goals are achieved through shared effort and dedication. My role in Irish Rail includes planning, organizing, liaising with outside vendors and Internal departments, filing reports, and planning weekly/monthly and yearly heavy maintenance schedules. I am good with people and can easily adapt to any organization and skills, making me a valuable team member.
