Technical experience in software and systems engineering at all levels from RF and protocol stacks to applications development. 10 years of progressively senior management experience culminating in technical leadership of large teams on complex programs. Standardization:3GPP delegate, working on standardization of Non Terrestrial Networks in 3GPP. Regulatory: Canadian spectrum and satellite regulatory liaison. Delegate to WRC Conference Preparatory Committee working groups. I'm passionate about inspiring engineering teams to excellence, about quality and process improvement, efficiency and new ideas. Flexible, pragmatic, cheerful and friendly, I try to bring out the best in my co-workers and make sure that while the work is done well, it's also a lot of fun.
