About Jacques Leduc

In 2020 Jacques Leduc was promoted to President & CEO from CFO and Treasurer of Terrestar Solutions Inc, Strigo’s parent company, a mobile satellite and terrestrial service provider. In 2005 Jacques was one of the founder of Triocapital a investment company in the telecommunication sector in Canada and abroad. From 1995 to 2004, he served as CFO of Microcell Telecommunications (FIDO), VP Finance and Director of Corporate Planning. Over his lengthy career, Jacques has held a number of senior management positions in finance and taxation for influential Canadian and International firms and he also sat on numerous Board of a publicly-held company in the U.S and Canada in addition to serve as Chairman of Audit Committee. He has a consistent track record of increasing productivity by streamlining operations and making innovative use of technology. Results-driven, innovative and a diplomatic executive, Jacques is a seasoned negotiator, able to effectively provide options and flexibility, while reducing and containing costs. Jacques Leduc holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the École des hautes études commerciales of Montréal and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Université du Québec à Montréal
