After 31 years of dedicated service in public education—including a transformative role as an administrator at Natrona County School District #1—I’ve stepped into my next chapter with deep gratitude and renewed purpose. As the Founder of Wellness For All, I now dedicate my work to supporting individuals and communities in their pursuit of holistic wellness. From red light therapy and HBOT to herbal remedies and mindfulness coaching, our center in Casper, WY provides accessible, science-backed and heart-centered healing. I also continue to mentor leaders, guide wellness practitioners, and advocate for inclusive wellness services—especially for special needs, post-op, senior, and athletic populations.
