If you are going as far as to read my profile it is because you are either 1) facing a tremendous challenge 2) needing to rethink your strategy 3) you are curious by nature and want to know more about me. I believe we all have gifts. I also believe only some of us ever figure them out. I am fortunate in that I have figured out a couple of my gifts. One of the most important gifts I have is my ability to identify and augment the greatness in others. I am equally comfortable enabling greatness in others as a mentor, advisor, board member or confident. I will help you be better. Another one of my gifts has proven to be extremely helpful in the world of startups and growth stage companies. Sometimes I can see around the corner. My ability to accurately predict outcomes in a situation has been incredibly handy for the over 60 companies I have worked with. In fact over 90% these companies has experienced exponential growth while I was with them against the odds. I am not taking all the credit but I was the X factor many times. I can help you reduce risk and increase the likelihood of success. The gift I am most proud of is my gift of relating. I am able to connect with most people quickly simply because I care and it is felt. I have never really been able to express this in a way that accurately reflects the impact this has. It is easier done through speaking with one or some of the many people I have impacted in my life. I would be happy to introduce you. Enough about my gifts. I am interested in yours.
