With experience as a project manager, product owner, release manager, software developer, graphic designer and formal training as a game developer I bring a wealth of perspectives to help action any project challenge and sympathize with any project team member. Belief in teams over projects- Consistent, dedicated teams accomplish goals together, empower each other, share context, teach each other and uncover roadblocks to foster better return on effort investment to a product goal. Success through positive relationships- Encouraging supportive environments and building personal relationships within a team ensures transparency and rallies teams to productivity. Stakeholder transparency and adapted communication- I believe wholeheartedly in the value of transparency, I aim to build trusting, two-way relationships with stakeholders - both internal and external- Combined with complete, frequent, calculated and adapted communication stakeholders trust my perspective and interpretation of project progress. Software is never 'done'- A software application, especially a creative one, is an iterative and evolving product that shouldn't be strictly defined up front- Slicing software goals, defining milestones, measuring and iterating are core skills I offer to every product I have the privilege of supporting.
