About Colleen Etheridge

As a full-time MBA candidate at the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business, I am driven by a passion for solving complex business challenges through strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making. With a diverse background spanning corporate strategy, business development, and marketing, I bring a proven track record of driving growth and operational efficiency across industries. My professional journey includes spearheading marketing innovations and operational improvements at Mason Dixie Foods, where I launched the company's first e-commerce platform, contributing in revenue within six months. As Chief of Staff, I led strategic planning processes that supported 300% revenue growth while optimizing organizational workflows. Additionally, during my MBA internship with Vanguard, I developed DEI strategies backed by actionable metrics and presented solutions to leadership to enhance diversity outcomes. I thrive at the intersection of strategic vision and operational execution, leveraging skills in brand positioning, process improvement, and project management to deliver measurable results. With graduation approaching in May 2025, I am seeking opportunities to apply my expertise in corporate strategy, business development, or marketing strategy within organizations that prioritize innovation and impact.
