About Colm Greany

I am a Services Presales Solution Architect at Dell Technologies, specializing in in architecting tailored solutions that address unique customer needs and drive measurable outcomes. I previously completed the Services Leadership Development Program, an 18-month rotational program within Dell Technologies’ Services organization. Through this experience, I gained hands-on expertise across Services Sales, Project Management, and Solutioning, building a strong foundation in both customer engagement and strategic planning. I hold a First Class Honours (1:1) degree in Business Information Systems from University College Cork, where I developed a broad knowledge of both business and technology. As part of my degree, I interned with Dell Technologies as a Sales Renewals Intern, gaining valuable experience in sales, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. Across my career so far, I’ve cultivated strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills through diverse roles and experiences. I’m passionate about bringing people together, solving complex problems, and delivering solutions that drive real value for customers. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through Gaelic Football (GAA), one of Ireland’s national sports. I also have a passion for travel and exploring new places.
