About Conner Cummings

My ministry journey began in the mountains of the Adirondacks, where I served as a Summer Camp Director, creating transformative experiences for teens and cultivating a love for God in an environment where kids can hike, swim, and praise. These summers planted the seeds of my call to ministry, inspiring me to dedicate my life to helping others grow in faith and discover their God-given potential. This calling led me to Campus Ministry, where I spent four years walking alongside college students, fostering community, and developing programs that deepened their relationship with Christ and with each other as a community of faith. Whether leading retreats, organizing pilgrimages, or expanding engagement across multiple campuses, I found immense joy in supporting young adults through one of the most pivotal times in their lives. My desire to grow in knowledge and deepen my ministerial skills brought me to the University of Notre Dame, where I am currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Theology through the Echo Graduate Service Program. This unique experience has allowed me to integrate academic study with hands-on pastoral ministry in parish settings, further equipping me to serve the Church. Now, I am eager to return to Campus Ministry, bringing my passion for mentoring young adults, my leadership experience, and my theological training to a university setting. I am committed to creating spaces where students can encounter Christ, build authentic communities, and discern how they are called to live out their faith in the world.
