I specialize in helping mid-to-senior level professionals build a career management strategy that allows them to navigate today’s chaotic world of work with intention: leveraging their genius, earning a fair compensation and staying engaged and current. Some of my clients are looking for their next opportunity; many are currently employed but work with me as a strategist and accountability partner to help work through on-the-job challenges such as working for the right “manager,” being more adept in how they communicate, building their visibility and influencing skills and staying focused on their future career goals. COACHING EXPERIENCE I bring 20+ years of experience coaching professionals who come from key economic sectors including tech, pharma/bio/healthcare, aerospace/defense, construction/transportation, nonprofit, government. They bring backgrounds in engineering, marketing, HR, scientific research, law, program/product management, education. INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE Prior to my career management coaching experience, I was an institutional equity saleswoman for several of Wall Street’s most prestigious investment research firms and had daily access to top-ranked analysts representing all of the sectors mentioned above. I understand the importance of knowing where a company stands among its peers in terms of management bench strength, leadership, product portfolio and standing, global presence, economic and business cycles, market share, and ability to manage risk and anticipate and meet change head on. This perspective allows me to help guide my clients towards the “right” companies and away from the “wrong” ones.
