I’m a corporate transactional attorney admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and Maine Bar and currently practicing at Verill Dana LLP in Portland, Maine. My practice focuses on debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate counseling. I’ve advised private equity clients, public companies, and private businesses across all stages of the deal lifecycle—from due diligence through execution and post-closing matters.My experience includes drafting and negotiating credit agreements, purchase and sale agreements, note offerings, and ancillary documents. I’ve facilitated cross-border credit facilities, large-scale acquisitions, and complex financings, including- A cross-border facility for Phoenix Tower International- Kronos Worldwide’s $300M amended global revolving credit facility and €75M in Senior Notes- A $500M+ cross-border acquisition diligence process- A $275M acquisition financing for a public financial institution- A $500M sale of a privately held companyI bring hands-on experience managing data rooms, coordinating with specialists, overseeing disclosure schedules, handling lien terminations, and navigating closing logistics.
