As a Pre Sales Specialist I engage with clients to fully understand their requirements, demonstrating the value of our solutions and shaping the optimal technical and commercial approach for each opportunity. Having spent over 10 years within the Unified Communications sector, I have developed a deep understanding of the COTU portfolio, enabling me to deliver compelling presentations and bespoke training across all solutions. Working closely with sales managers, I build and nurture strong relationships as their trusted advisor, ensuring customers and partners fully understand how our solutions align with their business needs.
