About Constantine A. D. Carluen

I design learning experiences that work — both technically and cognitively. With a Master’s in Learning Sciences and Technology and two decades of experience across SaaS, LMS, and not-for-profit sectors, I create content that helps users do, not just know. My work covers technical writing, microlearning, onboarding flows, and full knowledge base redesigns — often embedded directly within software products. I’ve rebuilt content systems for ERP platforms, produced 200+ in-app learning videos, and supported LMS clients in designing scalable training. Whether the audience is engineers, aid workers, or administrators, I focus on clarity, structure, and measurable learning impact. Skilled in: • Learning design for software and LMS • Documentation that doubles as onboarding • Microlearning scripting and production • Content audits and structure optimisation Tools: Paligo, Visual Studio Code, Camtasia, SCORM, SharePoint, Adobe CC, various LMS authoring tools
