About Consuelo del Palacio

With over 10 years of UX and product design leadership, I thrive at the intersection of user empathy, business strategy, and design innovation. I create transformative digital experiences that fuel growth and deliver measurable results, such as a 45% ACV increase and a 213% rise in platform adoption. I empower design teams through mentorship, collaboration, and process innovation, ensuring excellence at every level. My passion lies in solving complex data challenges through thoughtful design. By combining technical expertise with a user-first approach, I craft intuitive, accessible solutions that make even the most intricate workflows seamless. From AI-driven features to scalable design systems, I deliver products that align with business priorities and delight users. When I'm not designing digital experiences, I’m hitting the pavement. I’ve fallen in love with running and have completed a few half marathons, a marathon, and several 5Ks, 8Ks, 10Ks, and 10-milers. I’m also an Aztec dancer, creating my own regalia and immersing myself in the rich traditions of my heritage. In my free time, I enjoy painting, embroidering, singing, and playing the drums and concha, a guitar used in Aztec traditions.
