About Cora Johnson
Currently, I am in third year at Dalhousie University in a Bachelors of Science, with a combined honours in Ocean Science and Marine Biology. I have been a part of the Dalhousie Oceanography UnderGraduate Society (DOUGS) since 2023, getting undergraduate student involved and making connections within the field. I am excited to share that I will be President for 2024/25. During my first year, I was a part of the Dalhousie Integrated Science Program (DISP) which is a specialized first year program taken by select BSc students that teaches a wide range of sciences and interdisciplinary connections. This experience allowed exposure to the Ocean Science field via a small-scale research project.
