About Corinna Prochner

I am a last year Master Mariner student at Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden, with courses in navigation, ship manoeuvring, mechanical and electrical engineering, maritime law, healthcare, and safety. Besides my studies, I am working as a Field Representative at the Rosenhill Seamen’s Club with the Swedish Maritime Administration, where I work closely with maritime professionals, supporting their welfare and safety. Before pursuing my Master Mariner studies, I completed a double degree in International Business from universities in Germany and Poland, coupled with four years of experience as a Product Manager in Med-tech in Stockholm. This combination of maritime expertise and business experience allows me to bridge the gap between operational and strategic aspects of the maritime industry. I am passionate about combining my maritime knowledge with my international business background to drive value and make an impact in the maritime sector.
