If you want freedom and breakthrough from limiting beliefs, frustration or resentment in your current situation, or understanding how you sabotage your goals, then my coaching skillsets can help you. While mentoring's focus is from the outside in, coaching focuses from the inside out. Coaching draws answers and solutions from the client through targeted questions, guiding them to look within. Working in unison with Holy Spirit, my clients gain insight, clarity and direction. This empowers them to take actionable steps to create lasting and meaningful changes. I firmly believe that understanding our Identity in Christ and embracing forgiveness are essential to breaking free from toxic thought patterns or limiting beliefs. Beginning in my 40's I dismantled long held false beliefs and worked through my own trauma. Through this process I developed methods and skills to enable others to find freedom and empowerment. Over the course of 30 years, I've mentored many individuals using active listening and asking insightful questions to facilitate their personal growth and learning.
