Highly collaborative and solutions-oriented professional with expertise in research, data and MEAL (monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning) in the international development and humanitarian sectors. I have led research projects, needs assessments and evaluations and conducted qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis through participatory and utilization-focused approaches. I work collaboratively with partners in the Middle East, West and East Africa to ensure effective and efficient programming by providing technical expertise, quality assurance and capacity strengthening. I believe in promoting evidence-based and learning-focused approaches to strengthen organizational and project impact. I worked in project management, grant writing, grant management and donor reporting. I have technical experience in gender equality, inclusion, nutrition, health, climate adaptation and localization.
