With over 25 years of experience in various industries, I am a versatile and creative professional who combines engineering and culinary skills to deliver innovative solutions. I am currently do small contract work / Watts XYZ Design, where I use my CAD expertise to create and improve designs for various clients and projects. I am also a Dietary Chef/Cook at Bridges Health, where I apply my nutrition and health knowledge to prepare and serve delicious and healthy meals for patients and staff. I am passionate about analyzing, solving, designing, and creating. I have a unique background that spans from restaurant and retail management to sculpture and signage production. I have also received multiple honors and certifications for my achievements and contributions, such as the Economic Stimulus in Oklahoma award, the Smithsonian Institution Museum recognition, and the Revenue Audit Procedures and Title 31 certifications. I strive to better myself and inspire others every day, and I enjoy working with people and numbers.
