About Courtney Thompson

I earned my B.S. in Supply Chain Management from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, where I developed a solid foundation in logistics and operations while actively engaging in campus organizations and community initiatives. These experiences sharpened my communication skills and broadened my perspective on leadership and collaboration. I recently completed an internship at NASA Johnson Space Center, where I supported a variety of projects in equipment management, event planning, data visualization and webpage design. It was a truly inspiring experience that deepened my passion for innovation and reinforced the importance of cross-functional teamwork. Today, I’m proud to be working as an Associate Procurement Specialist at Petsource, a freeze-dried pet food co-manufacturer. I’m excited to be contributing to a growing company in the pet food industry—leveraging my background in operations, logistics, and communication to help streamline processes and support procurement strategy. I’m always looking for opportunities to contribute, grow, and collaborate with teams that embrace challenge and change. Wherever I go, I bring energy, organization, and a drive to make things better.
