About Craig Morris

Growing up in Mount Vernon, South Dakota—a small town of just 400 people—I was surrounded by an entrepreneurial spirit, even if I didn’t recognize it at the time. My best friend's dad ran the local store, and I worked on farms, hauled bales, and did odd jobs. These early experiences taught me the value of hard work and resourcefulness. Later, I pursued a degree in computer science at SDSU, launching my career in the world of high-tech infrastructure. Along the way, I started my own business to contractor for major companies like 3M and Northwest Airlines. But my journey took a pivotal turn during the second half of my career. While running an IT consulting business, I realized I had a knack for technology and customer relationships—but little understanding of how to grow or scale a business. That realization planted a seed in my mind for what would come next. After selling that business and returning to South Dakota, I focused on consulting for large companies like Citibank, Sammons Financial, and Meta Payment Systems. I specialized in project and program management—building great teams, fostering accountability, and executing complex plans. Though rewarding, this work distanced me from small businesses, where my heart truly belonged. Determined to bridge the gap, I launched an LLC to bring my project management skills to smaller companies. I built a framework I called "Project Management Lite" and sought feedback from local business owners. One friend encouraged me to explore EOS® (Entrepreneurial Operating System®)—a proven model that aligned perfectly with my goals. Since becoming a Professional EOS Implementer®, I’ve been dedicated to helping small business owners and leadership teams get what they want from their businesses. Whether it’s increasing revenue, improving profitability, or simply calming the chaos that often comes with running a business, I guide teams to clarity, focus, and success. Today, I’m passionate about empowering entrepreneurs to thrive—sharing tools, strategies, and insights that simplify the complexities of business ownership.
