Experienced Project Manager and Learning & Development professional with 15+ years’ experience in adult and community education, training delivery, and intercultural engagement across Hungary, Canada, New Zealand, and Ireland. I am passionate about inclusive education and designing culturally responsive programmes that empower individuals and strengthen communities. My background includes coordinating ESOL, integration, and civic engagement projects, with a proven track record of supporting migrants and underrepresented groups. Skilled in curriculum design, facilitation, mentoring, and stakeholder collaboration, I bring a strong project management background—delivering community-based and grant-funded initiatives on time and within budget. I am also confident using learning management systems, Excel, and digital tools to support training and learner outcomes. I hold a Master’s in Mental Health and recently completed a Certificate in Building Capacity and Enhanced Leadership in Intercultural Understanding and Diversity. As the founder of Waterford New Communities Network, I lead initiatives that use education, storytelling, and capacity building to promote participation, belonging, and intercultural understanding.
