Throughout my career in supply chain and operations leadership, I have cultivated a strong skillset in cross-functional project leadership, strategic implementation, P&L management/control, and process revitalization that I apply to each endeavor I take on. I excel in furthering continuous improvement initiatives and apply my empathetic leadership style to effectively balance coaching, development, and innovation across each of my teams. By applying each of these skills, I have amassed a number of vital accomplishments in each role I’ve held. I’ve been appointed to a number of senior leadership teams where I offer significant insight into strategic decision-making. I also have spearheaded a number of projects and initiatives that lowered spending and reduced obstacles. Between my comprehensive understanding of cost savings, emphasis on maintaining service levels, and exceptional skill in inventory management, I approach all challenges and projects with ease.
