About Daan Kitschmann

After having lived a life in Hospitality, I have transitioned into the IT sector. With the help and guidance of TOPdesk, I felt enabled to develop myself in this energetic and ever developing industry. The opportunity at TOPdesk gave me the chance to develop my skills as CSM and create lasting connections with customers. After ITSM, I wanted to develop my skillset further and help customers prevent being exploited through vulnerabilities and along came Holm Security. A Swedish company that is taking the world of Vulnerability Management by storm - by introducing a Next Gen tool to do so. I'm happy to help organizations analyze, prioritize and mitigate vulnerabilities and stay ahead of hackers. A background in hospitality helps me to foster a service culture, and help clients to drive efficiency through analysis. Having worked and lived in 3 continents and 7 different cities, is keeping me interested in (company) culture how to benefit from them. During my time at Hilton I have participated in several regional projects to work on Operational Effectiveness and Efficiencies with the goal to increase Customer Satisfaction.
