I am currently the Public Protection & Enforcement Manager at Crawley Borough Council, where I lead a team of highly skilled technical experts in Environmental Health, Licensing, Community Safety, Environmental Enforcement and Public Space crime and anti-social behaviour, who deliver a diverse range of services that protect and enhance the quality of life and wellbeing of our communities. My core competencies include trauma informed practice, criminal and civil enforcement proceedings, law enforcement operations, and organisational transformation. I am passionate about social justice, problem solving, and innovation, and I work closely with my teams and our partners to address complex and sensitive issues with empathy and professionalism. My professional values are to provide effective and efficient public protection and enforcement services that meet the needs and expectations of our residents, businesses, and visitors.
