Currently, I serve as the Founder and CEO of Spartan 7 Inc and as a member of the Board of Advisors for the Within Center in Austin, TX after serving as the Chief Administrative Officer for American Addiction Centers for the last three years. Our mission is to provide quality, compassionate, and innovative care to adults struggling with addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. Through comprehensive and customized treatment plans, my staff instills hope that long-term recovery is possible. Snapshot of Successes: Increased American Addiction Center’s (AAC) patient capacity by 9% after leading multi-state company expansion. Owned improvement and expansion of current facilities as well as $20M build of a new facility. Integral member of executive turnaround team that restructured struggling AAC organization, the nation’s largest network of rehab facilities, with operations in 8 states. Partnered to create Navy SEAL Support Alliance, a $30M joint endeavor with Navy SEALs Fund, SEAL Future and Family Foundations, Warrior Health Foundation, Time For A Hero Foundation, America’s Mighty Warrior Foundation, and AAC.
