As President & Chief Coaching Officer of Novus Global, I shape the long-term vision of our coaching organization through developing leaders, architecting methodology, and safeguarding the cultural integrity of our global community. Alongside my Co-President, I champion firm-wide values and drive strategies that allow Novus Global to scale its impact at the highest levels of sport, business, and leadership. I partner with captains, MVPs, league executives, and elite athletes across the MLB, NBA, NHL, NFL, NCAA, Premier League, and Olympic organizations. From helping rookies break through to guiding veterans in reigniting their careers, I’ve coached clients to championships, Olympic medals, and career-defining seasons. But performance goes beyond the scoreboard. I specialize in building mental resilience, cultivating leadership, and creating Meta Performance™ cultures that don’t just help people win the game—they redefine what’s possible for their teams, careers, and lives.
